1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Abuad Supply ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

The Platform provides an online marketplace connecting students (Buyers) with campus vendors (Sellers). You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Platform.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Vendor (Seller) Obligations

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfillment of orders, and providing customer service relating to their products. Abuad Supply acts as an intermediary and is not the seller of record for third-party products.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Abuad Supply, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
